Who cares about Bauer!! You care about kids?
You just ripped off a 15year old goalie with a *** Moch goalie stick broke first practise got the replacement and that broke the next practise!!! He spent his own money and asked for a refund or a replacement CCM stick cause of the terrible quality of Bauer Moch sticks!! The reply from Bauer to the boy is that the stick is not meant for his league of hockey lol hes in minor hockey this is a pro stick here that was bought! To even fight on such terrible quality and then receive the utmost Terrible service should be noted world wide.
I tell you Im not going to stop bad review or letting know everyone possible about this type of treatment. Hope you guys get shut down!
There needs to be a investigation to the manufacturing of your so called amazing hockey Moch goalie stick!!! People DO NOT BUY BAUER TO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!

Verified Buyer |Broken Hockey stick
My 11 year-old was taping his stick and noticed the stick was cracked above the heel on the shaft. This happened maybe 3 ago then a parent from another team told me that it should be replaced.
He told me to send in the receipt that has the sticker from the stick on it. but they never took a sticker off the stick. It is still on the stick. My son loves this stick and is very upset when it was broken it was a gift from his uncle and his uncle told us that nobody mentioned about the sticker being put on a receipt for warranty.
We no longer have a receipt, but we do have the sticker thats supposed to be on the receipt still on this stick. And the reason I still have the stick is because my son uses it for the super Deeker since he cannot use it in games anymore..

I have been trying to exchange of wheel ordered wrong for my Pro sharp for the last month. The emails get tossed back and forth between sales@***.com and DTC@***.com and the phone number for Returns(1-80*-***-****) always seems to be busy no matter what time of day or how many days in a row you try it.
Finally I decided to call the regular 1-83*-***-**** customer service number, to which it gives three options to speak to someone, 1 for order sales and inquiry, 2 to speak to a fit expert and 3 to ask about warranty, however none of the three options actually link to another line. you can push the number on your phone all you want there is no connection to that sales line. So Is Bauer scamming us and taking our money?
Do they have a sales department or a returns department or anybody who exists on the other end of this phone line? I don't generally buy anything bauer anyways, but now that pro-sharp is owned by them, I'm even more disappointed.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I bought my 10 year old Grandson a Bauer Hyperlite for Christmas. I bought it in November of 2021, gave it to him for Christmas on December 25, 2021. He didn't begin using it until after the break at the end of January. Within a few weeks *** appeared above the heel. It has continued to grow and is now quite unusable. I had to go out and spend an additional $220 on a replacement. I bought it from Hockey Monkey and they would not talk to me when I tried to contact them. When trying to contact Bauer I was told warranty was 30 days from purchase, which is insane at Christmas. Warranty was over even before I gave it to him.
I have done research online, as well as gone in and spoken to the people at Pure Hockey. They told me this is a known defect and they are getting a very high volume of returns.
I really don't understand how Bauer can just ignore this problem, while people are payinhg $200 on a piece of junk.
I have 3 Grandchildren that need new equipment about every year, as well as 2 of my sons and myself who all play hockey so I spend a considerable amount of money every year and at this poing will NEVER buy another Bauer product.
I have pictures of the failure I can supply on request
